This paper presents a High Gain, enhanced Bandwidth Patch antenna for 5G operations. The dual-band is achieved using an inset-fed feeding technique the microstrip patch antenna, which operates at 28/38GHz millimeter-wave band. high gain of by inserting two rectangular slots on radiating element patch. designed improved incorporating three steps edge substrate used format Rogers RT Duroid 5880, with thickness 0.508mm, loss tangent 0.0009, and relative permittivity constant 2.2. Ansys HFSS software simulation. design attained maximum 8.2dB 7.8dB 27.84GHz 39.32GHz. impedance bandwidth response 1.46 4.27GHz respective resonating frequencies below -10dB line parameters are achieved. A compact proposed size 3.2x4.9x0.508 has Gain wide both bands. good performance within operating bands, making it suitable applications.
